TreadThrill workouts are choreographed high intensity interval training routines. You'll find treadmill and outdoor runs, strength workouts, and recovery routines. We also have “show and go” strength exercises on the app that you can take at your own pace.
TreadThrill brings you maximum results with minimal equipment! All you need are dumbbells, a resistance band, a hip circle and something you can use as a bench. Some of our workouts, like our outdoor runs, don’t require equipment at all!
Great question! Due to shorter nature of HIIT, our workouts range from 25-30 minutes. Perfect for anyone’s who’s on the go!
